A guided visit to the installation of the water treatment plant in Tripoli allowed students majoring in Water Resources Science to learn more about water treatment technology and to interact with engineers and scientists managing the plant.
The Water Resources Science major at AUT includes chemistry courses related to water treatment and field visits are part of the curriculum
