A very interesting visit to Hallab central kitchen allowed AUT Nutrition students to discover the strict hygiene and food safety regulation as well as the foot processes adopted at the number 1 sweets producer and caterer.
Students were accompanied by Dean of Research Georges Rammouz and the visit to Hallab, an advisory board member of AUT was arranged by VP Marcel Hinain
